MyAgentFarm.com has a no refund policy on Skiptracing under any circumstances and Mail after a proof has been sent. Delivery time is not guaranteed and is dependent solely on U.S. postal service guidelines and the type of mail class you choose.

MyAgentFarm.com does not assume responsibility for any error on approved proofs after direct Mail is sent. We will not resend Mail at no cost. We will not refund under any reason.

MyAgentFarm.com is not responsible for your desired response rates, conversion of leads, or unhappy customers that you send your Mail to. MyAgentFarm.com prepares the Mail on your behalf, for you… the customer’s specifications. We provide NO guarantee of results from your mail campaign.

Under the circumstances, the order is left unresponsive over the period of 45 days; the order will be automatically canceled.

Standard Mail– there is no guaranteed delivery time. (8-21 days)

First Class- there is no guaranteed delivery time. (1-3 days)

MyAgentFarm.com does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen Mail once delivered into the postal service mail stream.

The Mail is assembled under the United States Post Office guidelines only. We are not responsible for delivering the Mail. The United States Postal Service is, and MyAgentFarm.com provides no guarantees.

Text by Mail Service at YourAgentFarm.com allows your sellers to send a unique code printed on your mail piece so they can gain offer information on the subject property and get an offer from you. You’ll receive the seller’s property address and phone number to send correspondences.
